Applewood is proud of all the accomplishments of our teams so far during the current season. We want to congratulate all the players, coaches, and families for their successes. Go Coyotes!

U11A
- The team has been undefeated and has climbed the ranks of the GTHL's Power Rankings for the U11A division.
U12A
- Won the Thanksgiving outdoor Classic tournament in Buffalo.
- Made it to the final of The Kennedy Challenge Tournament of Champions 2026.
U14A
- Won the Montreal tournament, beating the North York Knights 2-1 in overtime.
- Mark go returned back to the team after recovering and given the all clear from having a brain tumor surgery. A true Christmas miracle!
U18A
- Nathan Medina and Alexander Medeiros were selected to play in the GTHL's All-Star game on January 24, 2026.
- Won the Toronto Aeros Winter tournament for the fifth year in a row! What an outstanding accomplishment!
- Won the Kennedy Challenge Tournament of Champions 2026 on February 1, 2026.
U14 Red
-Gold medal winners of the Amesbury Annual Select tournament from January 16th-18th. They went 5-0 for the tournament and won 2-1 with Jonah Pacheco scoring the winning overtime goal!
U18 Red
-Coach Dwayne O'Leary has led his U18 Red team to a Gold medal win on February 9, 2026. They won the Don Montgomery Valentines Tournament.
U15 Blue
-Aidan Wolkowich just aged out of hockey and is continuing his Applewood journey as Head coach of the U15 Blue team.
-Team secured a Pizzaville sponsorship and was set to play in their exhibition game in January (Game was cancelled due to the snowstorm).
U11 White
-Coach Barney's U11 White team made it to the semi-finals at the Ray Hunt Memorial Tournament in Orangeville.
U9 White
-The team who went undefeated on Family Day weekend to win the Clearview Canucks Family day tournament.
U8 White
-Mason Sacchetti was our first recipient of the Bauer Player of the month award! Mason won player of the month for January. Congratulations Mason, keep it up!
U7- Timbits
- Enjoyed their delicious pancake breakfast with Santa after a competitive hockey game on December 21, 2025
- The U7 Oilers held a toy drive in support of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and were able to collect a ton of toys to donate to the hospital.
